Welcome to Gigzbe, the freelance services marketplace connecting buyers and sellers around the globe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gigzbe website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering, accessing, or using Gigzbe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, including both Buyers and Sellers.

  • "Buyer" means a User purchasing services through the Platform.

  • "Seller" means a User offering services through the Platform.

  • "Gig" refers to the service offered by a Seller.

  • "Order" means the formal agreement between a Buyer and a Seller for a specific Gig.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Gigzbe. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. Account Registration Users must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct You agree to:

  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.

  • Not post or share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

  • Respect the rights and privacy of others.

5. Services and Payments

  • Sellers set the prices for their Gigs. Buyers agree to pay the full amount at the time of placing an Order.

  • Gigzbe charges a service fee on transactions, which may vary.

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

  • Sellers receive earnings after deducting Gigzbe’s commission and subject to a standard clearance period.

6. Cancellations and Disputes

  • Buyers and Sellers can mutually agree to cancel an Order.

  • Disputes must be reported within 7 days of Order completion.

  • Gigzbe reserves the right to investigate and mediate disputes. Our decision will be final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content delivered through a Gig remains the property of the Seller until payment is completed.

  • Upon full payment, the Buyer obtains the rights to the work as defined in the Order terms.

8. Limitation of Liability Gigzbe is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee the quality or legality of services provided. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, except as required by law.

9. Termination Gigzbe may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct harmful to the community.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
